Looped Wire Screen

The V-wire is wrapped in a full loop around each support rod and then resistance-welded — the mechanical loop plus weld together deliver maximum resistance to impact and abrasion. The preferred screen type in heavy-duty mining and mineral processing where panels face extreme mechanical stress and heavy particle loads.
