A Wedge Wire Screen Specialist Within an Engineering Group
Advanced Engineering Wedge Wire Products operates under ADEN-GROUP, a multi-company engineering group based in Turkey. We focus on one thing: wedge wire screens built to project specifications.
Our product range covers 10 wedge wire screen types — cylindrical, sieve bend, rotary/drum, flat/panel, looped, basket/centrifuge, intake, water well, Coanda, and architectural — plus drilled (perforated) screens and custom fabricated assemblies. Each screen is manufactured from one of 10 material grades, including stainless steel and carbon/alloy steel, selected for the operating environment.
We serve projects in water treatment, mining, food and beverage processing, oil and gas, and pulp and paper production. Our screens are installed in over 30 countries.
COMPANY AT A GLANCE
Three Locations. Manufacturing, Sales, and R&D.
Istanbul, Turkey
MANUFACTURING HQOur production facility in Pendik handles all screen manufacturing, from wire profiling and resistance welding through final inspection and packaging. This is where every screen is built.
Sindelfingen, Germany
EUROPEAN OFFICEEuropean sales, logistics, and customer coordination. Located near Stuttgart, providing direct access to central European markets.
Teknopark Istanbul
R&D CENTEROur research and development team works on new screen configurations, material testing, and application engineering. Located within Teknopark Istanbul's technology campus.
Built for Long Service Life and Material Circularity
Industrial filtration's biggest sustainability lever is durability. Wedge wire screens last decades — replacing thousands of consumable filter elements over their service life — and the stainless steel substrate stays in the metal economy.
Recyclable Stainless Steel
All grades — 304, 316, Super Duplex — are 100% recyclable. Material certificates per EN 10204 Type 3.1 document mill provenance for every batch.
Energy-Efficient Resistance Welding
Our welding process uses no filler material and produces minimal scrap. Resistance welding is the lowest-energy joining method in industrial fabrication.
Long Service Life Replaces Consumables
A wedge wire screen running in a centrifuge or filtration vessel replaces hundreds of disposable filter cartridges over its lifetime — measurable reduction in waste and procurement cycles.
