From Raw Wire to Finished Screen
Design & Drawing Approval
Every screen starts with a technical drawing. Our engineers work with your specifications — dimensions, slot aperture, material grade, and end connections — to produce an approval drawing before production begins.
Raw Material Sourcing & Inspection
Stainless steel wire, support rods, sheet metal, flanges, and pipe stock sourced with full mill test certificates (EN 10204 Type 3.1). Incoming PMI/XRF testing verifies chemical composition against project specifications.
Wire Profiling
Round wire is cold-drawn into V-shaped profiles. The V-wire geometry creates a widening slot gap that resists particle lodging and enables self-cleaning during operation.
Resistance Welding
V-wire is welded to support rods using automated resistance welding. Each wire-to-rod intersection is fused individually, producing wedge wire panels — the semi-finished material for final product assembly.
Product Fabrication
Wedge wire panels are assembled into final products according to the approved design. Sheet metal, flanges, pipes, and structural components are joined to the wedge wire through manual welding. For serial production runs, robotic welding systems ensure consistent repeatability.
Surface Treatment
Application-specific surface finishing: high-pressure cleaning, pickling, passivation, or electropolishing. Treatments extend service life in corrosive, high-temperature, or high-purity environments.
Final Inspection & Documentation
Every screen undergoes XRF material verification, dimensional inspection, slot aperture measurement, and visual weld assessment. Each unit ships with a complete documentation pack — Manufacturer's Declaration, Material Certification, and Pre-Shipment XRF / PMI Report.

Screens are protected with foam padding, edge guards, and stretch wrap, then secured on pallets or in wooden crates for international shipping. Documentation and packing lists are attached for customs clearance.
Material Grades
Material selection is based on the operating environment: temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load, and any regulatory requirements. Our engineers recommend the appropriate grade during technical review.
| Grade | Key Property | Where It Is Used |
|---|---|---|
| SS 304 | General corrosion resistance | Industrial water, general screening |
| SS 316L | Low carbon 316, best weldability | Corrosive welded environments |
| Super Duplex | High strength, high corrosion resistance | Seawater intake, desalination, offshore |
| S355 | Structural steel, good weldability | Heavy-duty screening, structural frames |
