HOW WE BUILD

Your Specs. Our Production Line.

Every wedge wire screen is engineered to your project requirements and manufactured to exact dimensions, material grades, and slot apertures at our Istanbul production facility.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

From Raw Wire to Finished Screen

01

Raw Material Sourcing

High-grade stainless steel wire and support rod stock, sourced with material certificates. Chemical composition is verified against project specifications before production begins.

02

Wire Cutting

Wire and support rods are cut to calculated lengths based on screen geometry. Cylindrical screens require continuous wire lengths; flat panels and sieve bends require pre-cut sections.

03

Wire Profiling

V-shaped wire profiles are formed to the required cross-section. The profile geometry controls slot performance: the V-shape creates a widening gap that resists particle lodging.

04

Resistance Welding

V-wire is welded to support rods using automated resistance welding. Each wire-to-rod intersection is fused individually, maintaining uniform slot aperture from end to end.

05

Cleaning

Welded screens are cleaned to remove welding residue, surface oxidation, and contaminants. This prepares the surface for subsequent treatment and meets hygiene requirements for food, pharmaceutical, and water applications.

06

Surface Treatment

Application-specific surface finishing is applied where required. Treatments extend service life in corrosive, high-temperature, or high-purity environments.

MATERIALS

10 Material Grades

Material selection is based on the operating environment: temperature, chemical exposure, mechanical load, and any regulatory requirements. Our engineers recommend the appropriate grade during technical review.

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspected at Every Stage

We run our own material inspection equipment in-house. Inspection reports are generated before and after production. Every screen ships with documentation confirming material grade, dimensions, and slot measurements.

Incoming Material

Raw material certificates are reviewed against project specifications. Chemical composition and material grade are verified using in-house inspection equipment before any wire enters production.

In-Process

Weld penetration and slot aperture are checked at intervals during production. Dimensional measurements are taken at intermediate stages to catch deviations early.

Final Inspection

Finished screens undergo slot aperture verification, overall dimensional measurement (length, diameter, width, roundness, flatness), and visual inspection.

PROJECT PROCESS

From Your Inquiry to Delivery

1

You Send Requirements

Application parameters, operating conditions, dimensional requirements, or reference drawings.

2

Technical Review

Our engineers review flow parameters, chemical environment, temperature range, and mechanical loads to recommend the right screen.

3

Drawing and Approval

We prepare technical drawings with all dimensions, tolerances, and material specs. Nothing enters production without your written approval.

4

Production and Inspection

Manufacturing and in-process quality control per the approved drawing. Final inspection and documentation before packing.

5

Packing and Shipment

Protective packaging for international transport. Logistics coordination from our Istanbul facility to your site.
