Juice Extraction and Diffusion

Sieve bend and flat panel screens separate extracted juice from beet cossettes or cane fiber. High open area maximizes juice yield while the V-wire profile resists blinding from fibrous pulp.

Syrup Clarification

Cylindrical and flat screens remove suspended solids from raw juice and intermediate syrups. Precise slot sizing ensures clear filtrate for downstream crystallization.

Centrifugal Sugar Separation

Bi-cylindrical screens with precision-drilled countersunk holes are the industry standard for sugar centrifuges. The countersunk profile guides molasses drainage while retaining sugar crystals.

Mud Filtration and Press Applications

Flat and sieve bend screens for filtering carbonatation mud and press cake from sugar juice clarification. Screens withstand alkaline pH and elevated temperatures.

Evaporator and Crystallizer Screening

Screens for removing scale particles and foreign matter from concentrated syrups before crystallization. Maintaining slot integrity at high temperatures is critical.
